Case Manager (Crisis Stabilization Unit)

Coleman Health Services is a nationally recognized not-for-profit provider of behavioral health and rehabilitation programs to foster recovery, build independence, and change destinies for individuals, families, and businesses in our community. We are seeking a dependable Case Manager to support the 24-hour Crisis Stabilization Unit (CSU) in Stark County, Ohio. Ideal candidates will be passionate about helping others while maintaining a positive work attitude and having exceptional communication skills. Monday - Friday, Day Shift.

Duties include:

  • Providing short-term case management to adults admitted to the Crisis Stabilization Unit
  • Safety planning and increasing healthy coping skills
  • Developing Treatment Plans
  • Assisting with accessing supports, resources, and outpatient services that will help stabilize the crisis and keep them safe upon discharge to the community

Qualified candidates will have their Bachelor's degree in a related field or three years related experience (includes internships and volunteer experience); have and maintain an excellent driving record; and familiar with trauma informed care, community resources, motivational interviewing, crisis intervention, and case management approaches.
