Counselor/Therapist
Coleman Health Services, a nationally recognized mental health and substance use services provider, is seeking a counselor and/or social worker to join our team! We have openings for both child/adolescent counselors and adult counselors/therapists which may be located in our offices in Kent or Ravenna, Ohio.

Job Duties may include
- Providing Counseling and Diagnostic Assessment services to youth and families up to age 26
- Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate care
- Maintaining appropriate documentation for services
- Diagnostic assessments
- Counseling/psychotherapy for individuals and/or groups
- Referral/linkage with other services
- Documentation for provided services
Qualifications
- Master's degree and LPC/LPCC, LSW/LISW (or higher) licensure
- Willingness to get NPI and Medicaid billing number (we'll help!)
- Experience working with mental health and substance use disorder preferred
- Training in counseling-scope work with youth and families (3yrs experience preferred)
