Director of Recovery Housing

Coleman Health Services is a nationally recognized nonprofit provider of behavioral health and rehabilitation programs to foster recovery, build independence, and change destinies for individuals, families, and businesses in our community. We are seeking a Director of Recovery Housing to manage a residential program for individuals aged 18 and older with a primary substance use disorder or a co-occurring SUD and MH disorder in Delaware and Morrow counties.

Duties of Director of Recovery Housing include, but are not limited to:

  • Responsible for the services and administrative oversight of staff.
  • Residential coordination at local and state venues.
  • Departmental budget management.
  • Providing best practices to the residents.
  • Maintain compliance with funding and certification requirements.

Qualifications of Director of Recovery Housing:

  • Must have a bachelor's degree
  • Must be willing to complete and have favorable results for criminal background check, drug screening, and driving check (must have a clean driving record) if selected for the position
  • Prefer management experience
