Registered Nurse
Coleman Health Services, a nationally recognized nonprofit provider of behavioral health and rehabilitation programs to foster recovery, build independence, and change destinies for individuals, families, and businesses in our community, is seeking a Registered Nurse in Lima, Ohio. In this role, you will provide direct care to patients, which includes facilitating social and emotional needs, supervising medication schedules, and evaluating patient progress.

Candidates must be detail oriented, able to consult with psychiatrists, triage phone calls, monitor medication, have excellent assessment skills, and be able to problem solve to obtain medications.Must be able to work with a team to help promote health and remove barriers to care for psychiatry and physical health. In addition, able to interact with clients of various populations (SUD, MH, BH, DD, SPMI, etc.).

Minimum Qualifications
- Ohio Registered Nurse (RN)
- Willing to obtain or have NPI and an Ohio Medicaid number
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in mental health/nursing
