Coleman Health Services is a nationally recognized not-for-profit provider of behavioral health and rehabilitation programs to foster recovery, build independence, and change destinies for individuals, families, and businesses in our community.  We are seeking an exceptional individual to join our recovery-oriented team of professionals to work with individuals with psychiatric disorders in Mental Health Counseling, and Substance Use Disorder.  

Position Details:

• Monday – Friday Day Shift
• Pays $52,000 - $60,000 annually, depending on experience and licensure
• Looking for Full Time or Part Time

Therapist & Counselor Qualifications:

• Master’s degree and become licensed as LSW or LPC within one year of employment or SWT/CT licensure
• Must have NPI number and an Ohio Medicaid number
• Must have excellent skills in diagnostic assessment and psychotherapy
• Must be able to pass a drug/alcohol screening

Preferred Therapist & Counselors:

• LPCC or LISW preferred
• CAQH account (if independently licensed)

Job Duties of Therapist & Counselors:

• Diagnostic assessments
• Counseling/psychotherapy for individuals and/or groups
• Referral/linkage with other services
• Documentation for provided services
