We are seeking customer service-oriented persons to provide front desk coverage for our Crisis Services in St. Clairsville, Ohio, Monday - Friday. We are hiring for 1st and 2nd shifts. Duties include: answering phones, greeting customers, notifying staff of client arrival, triaging calls, scheduling/confirming appointments, medical records, accessing reports, calling in prior authorizations for medications, requesting lab work, doing minimal vitals and other general office duties. Ability to multitask, maintain confidentiality and stay calm during crisis situations. Must have one-year related experience as telephone receptionist and knowledge of Microsoft Word/Excel. Experience in medical office preferred.
