Community Liaison - FT - Stark County, Ohio

The Community Liaison will work with community partners to provide information about the programs at Coleman Health Services.  The Community Liaison will be the point person for any referrals made to Coleman Health Services. 

Duties include: 

-Meet with Internal Program Directors to keep current on all services and referral processes.

-Meet with community partners regularly to ensure they understand the services provided at Coleman Health Services and how to make referrals.

-Provide trouble shooting and reduce barriers for those making referrals to our programs.

-Attend community meetings to represent Coleman Health Services.

-Data collection to ensure all geographical locations receive information on Coleman Health Services and referral processes.

Qualifications: 

?Bachelor's degree in behavioral health related field

?Familiar with Coleman and the services we provide

?Experience with Public Speaking and Group Presentations.

?Maintain an acceptable driving record

Preference given to the following candidates: 

?Three years' experience in the behavioral health field

?Direct work with Coleman Health Services
