Chief Nursing Officer - FT - Portage County, OH

Coleman Health Services, a nationally recognized mental health and substance use services provider, is seeking an experienced Chief Nursing Officer (CNO) to join our team. This position has potential to be based out of any of our Coleman locations and will require some travel to all of our counties though our headquarters is located in Kent, Ohio.

Job Duties of the Chief Nursing Officer (CNO) include, but not limited to:

  • Responsible for coordinating healthcare services in conjunction with executive leadership.
  • Provide clinical and administrative supervision of Nursing staff.
  • Adhere to licensing, regulatory and accreditation standards.
  • Creates continuous improvement with staff, processes, budget, and goals.
  • Designs administrative structure to maximize productivity and quality.
  • Directs, plans, coordinates, monitors, and supervises nursing team and the delivery of services.

Chief Nursing Officer (CNO) Requirements:

  • Ohio RN license, Ohio driver's license, NPI number, and an Ohio Medicaid number
  • Master's in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, or other relevant field
  • Five years' related management experience
