We are seeking a Director to manage a 6-bed behavioral health crisis stabilization unit with 24/7 coverage.
Director is responsible for developing and maintaining staffing schedule for the unit, coordinating admissions and discharges, and developing and implementing daily treatment regimen. In addition, this position will oversee the clinical operations of Coleman Access including prescreening, crisis support, scheduling, and drop-in diagnostic assessments in Jefferson County. Supports coordination with other services for individuals admitted to unit. Director will provide clinical leadership, management, and direct care to individuals admitted to the crisis unit. Director is responsible for managing department's operating budget.
Qualified candidates must have LPC, LSW or MSN and be within one year of obtaining independent license; one year of management experience; and experience with hospitals, other agencies, and the community mental health system. Preferred candidate will have an LPCC, LISW, and/or MSN.
Must have an NPI number; and an Ohio Medicaid number. LISW or LPCC must have a CAQH account.
