Director of Behavioral Health - FT - Hardin County, OH

Coleman Health Services is seeking an exceptional social worker or counselor to join our recovery-oriented team of professionals to work with individuals seeking behavioral healthcare in Hardin County, Ohio.  In addition, this position provides direct care, including but not limited to psychotherapy, mental health assessments, individualized service plans; advocates for the consumers' needs and desires. Candidates must have excellent skills in diagnostic assessment and counseling and desire to work in a fast-paced team environment. 

Must have an LISW or LISW-S, LPCC or LPCC-S in mental health field plus indirect service in an integrated primary behavioral health care setting and experience with SMD population.  Must  have a NPI number, Ohio Medicaid number, and a CAQH account (if independently licensed). Must also be able to communicate effectively with consumers, families, multi-disciplinary staff, key stake holders and partner agencies in addition to having at least 3 years' experience and training in serving the SPMI and SMD, SUD and co-occurring disorders populations. Experience in budgeting and/or program evaluation are also preferred.  Salary based on experience and credentials.
