The Position: Director of Behavioral Health:
Coleman Health Services is an award-winning, nationally recognized behavioral health and rehabilitation organization, and we're seeking a Director of Behavioral Health in Canton, Ohio.
Duties include:
-Provide clinical management, supervision, and leadership for case management and peers support services.
-Able to communicate effectively with consumer, families, multi-disciplinary staff, and community partners
-Exercise balanced judgement in evaluating situations and making decisions, and to handle difficult and confrontational situations in a calm, consistent, and equitable manner
Qualifications:
-LISW, LPCC, or IMFT in mental health field or be eligible to obtain such licensure within two years of hire.
-Have at least three years' experience in serving the SPMI, SMI, and/or co-occurring disorders populations
-Valid Ohio driver's license and clean driving record
-Must have or willing to obtain an NPI number, Ohio Medicaid number, and CAQH account
Preferred experience:
-Three or more years' experience supervising clinical staff
-Experience in program administration and leadership
