We are seeking a full time individual to work in our Youngstown office to be responsible for enrolling new clients in services, gathering and documenting appropriate information, determining needed clinical services and level of urgency and connecting people in significant crisis to appropriate services.
Qualified candidates must be licensed as LSW or LPC, excellent skills in diagnostic assessments and one-year experience in mental health and/or crisis related work. Preferred candidates will have an LISW or LPCC and 2 years' experience in mental health and/or crisis related work. Must have an NPI number and an Ohio Medicaid provider number; independently-licensed individuals must have a CAQH account.
