Intensive Home-Based Treatment (IHBT) Team Leader - FT - Stark County, Ohio

Coleman Health Services, formerly Coleman Professional Services (CPS), is seeking a Team Lead for its Intensive Home Based Therapy program. The IHBT Team Lead will work closely with the Director of Behavioral Health in regards to implementing the IHBT model and following the fidelity process, all while helping prevent out-of-home placement for at-risk children and adolescents. Make a difference in the lives of children and families at risk for out-of-home placement. 

Job duties include: 

-Provide effective clinical supervision, consultation, and coaching for staff in the IHBT program.

-Promote alignment of practice with wraparound values and the fidelity to the IHBT model.

-Maintain a caseload of three to seven IHBT clients and provide IHBT services to those clients.

-Complete outcomes and other relevant data and reporting duties. 

-Maintain effective working relationships with staff, clients, and others involved in the IHBT program. 

-Assist with the assessment, management, and resolution of crisis situations with clients and their families.

-Provide on call availability for IHBT staff, as well as take part in an on-call rotation for IHBT client emergencies.

-Participate in internal and external staff meetings and stakeholder meetings as needed. 

Your short-term involvement (3-6 months) will make a long-term impact to the child and family. Having a small caseload gives you the opportunity to spend 3-5 hours a week with each family and foster meaningful relationships to help families heal and build resilience.  The services integrate assessment, crisis response, individual and family psychotherapy, service and resource coordination, rehabilitative skill development and treatment of substance use disorders. The therapist will maintain a small caseload up to 7 clients at a time with flexible scheduling.
