Coleman Health Services has an exciting opportunity for you! We are seeking a dependable LPN to support the 24-hour Crisis Stabilization Unit (CSU) in Jefferson County, Ohio. Our CSU is a 6-bed facility for both males and females over the age of 18 years old experiencing mental health issues. Ideal candidates will be passionate about helping others while maintaining a positive work attitude and having exceptional communication skills.
Duties include:
* Coordinating admissions and discharges to and from the CSU
* Administer, monitor, and document medication progress
* Regularly communicate with our prescribers and local emergency rooms
* Working as a team with our CSU counselor, case manager, crisis technicians and prescribers to provide the best care and treatment options for our clients
Qualifications: -State of Ohio LPN licensure -Must have or obtain an NPI number and an Ohio Medicaid Provider Number. Preference given to the following candidate with experience in mental health nursing
