Seeking an outpatient mental health counselor or social worker to join our team to provide behavioral health care in Jefferson County. Candidates must have excellent skills in diagnostic assessments and counseling.
Requirements: Must have a Master's Degree in mental health-related field; Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) or Licensed Social Worker (LSW). LISW or LPCC preferred. Must be willing to obtain or already have the following: an NPI number; an Ohio Medicaid number; and a CAQH account.
