Coleman Data Solutions (CDS), a social enterprise of Coleman Health Services, is a certified state use and SOC-certified non-profit organization located in Akron, Ohio. CDS provides cost-effective and compliant data conversion and document management solutions (such as document imaging and scanning, data entry and indexing, and secure storage and destruction) with a commitment to extraordinary customer service. The Quality manager of Federal Contracts audits and reports on the work performed on assigned Data Solutions contracts for compliance to the contract requirements.
Quality Manager of Federal Contracts duties include, but are not limited to:
-Continually measure, assess, and evaluate the quality and appropriateness of services to identify gaps in service; monitor compliance with State, Federal, and other regulating bodies; and to promote opportunities to improve service delivery.
-Provide consultation and requested data for the purpose of policy development, quality improvements, and quality improvement plans for identified federal contracts.
-Develop, administer, and train staff on the Contractor Quality Assurance Plan for all Data Solutions Federal contracts to detail how Coleman ensures effectiveness and efficiency, consistent quality, and accuracy of data entry services. Manage gathering and submission of reports to necessary agencies.
-Collect data and perform statistical analyses to track quality performance as required by the Quality Plan. Work on task force groups regarding quality and compliance measures.
-Evaluate, analyze, recommend, and implement remediation plans for the Data Solutions Federal Contract when quality issues are discovered. Report any issues or concerns to CDS project management or CDS senior management in a timely manner to address any quality concerns.
-Maintain all generated reports and records in accordance with contracts, federal, state, or local law, or per Company standards.
-Work with social enterprise Human Resources representative to ensure compliance with all Service Contract Act (SCA) and Ability One regulatory requirements.
Qualified candidates will have the following:
-High school degree or equivalent
-Experience with data entry or in a technical environment
-Ability to work both collaboratively and independently, and to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing
-Able to exercise balanced judgment in evaluating situations and making decisions to ensure the success of the contract.
-Effective customer service skills and the ability to maintain confidentiality.
-Must successfully pass a fully adjudicated federal background investigation
-Able to lift 30 pounds when needed
