Therapist (SUD) - FT - Mahoning County, Ohio

We are seeking an exceptional individual to join our recovery-oriented team of professionals to work with individuals with behavioral health and substance use disorders by providing individual and group counseling in our Youngstown, Ohio office. Candidates must have excellent skills in diagnostic assessment and counseling. Must have Master's Degree, LPC, LSW, LPCC or LISW and, in addition, have experience working with the AOD adult population. Note that the LPCC, LISW, LICDC licensures also require a CAQH account.

Must have an NPI number and an Ohio Medicaid number.
