Counselor/Therapist LPC/LPCC/LSW/LISW - FT - Portage County, Ohio

Coleman Health Services, a nationally recognized non-profit mental health and substance use healthcare provider is seeking an exceptional counselor, social work, or therapist individual or psychologist to join our team in Portage County, Ohio.  Our teams serve adults, children, and families experiencing mental health and/or substance use disorders.

Qualifications of Counselor/Therapist LPC, LSW, or Higher:

  • Master's degree and Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) or Licensed Social Worker (LSW) required
  • Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Independent Social Worker (LISW), or Psychologist licensure with supervision credential preferred
  • Experience working with mental health and substance use disorder preferred
  • Have or willing to obtain NPI and Ohio Medicaid numbers and a CAQH account

Job Duties of Counselor/Therapist LPC, LSW, or Higher:

  • Diagnostic assessments
  • Counseling/psychotherapy for individuals and/or groups
  • Referral/linkage with other services
  • Documentation for provided services
