Job Duties

•Providing mental health and/or substance use Counseling, Diagnostic Assessment and Group services to individuals and families

•Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate care

•Maintaining appropriate documentation for services

Qualifications

•Master's degree and LPC/LPCC, LSW/LISW (or higher) licensure

•Willingness to get NPI and Medicaid billing number (we'll help!)

•Training in evidenced based treatment models to promote recovery (3yrs experience preferred)
