The Home Based Therapist (I Promise HealthQuarters) will encourage family game nights, social/emotional wellness classes for students, and parent groups for caregivers. We believe fostering healing and building resilience can be a part of your everyday life! Coleman provides individual, group, family, and community-based counseling and partners with key stakeholders in the community to provide other unique services. The I Promise HealthQuarters will provide behavioral healthcare from a holistic perspective to the community and convenience for those in the I Promise School, Village, and Housing, allowing YOU the opportunity to expand your skill set!  

Qualifications of Home Based Therapist (I Promise HealthQuarters): 

  • Master's degree in a related field
  • LPC or LSW
  • Eligible or has NPI and Ohio Medicaid numbers
  • Experience providing services to children and/or families
  • Able to work some evening hours
  • Prefer LISW or LPCC (must also have a CAQH account)
