Job Duties

  • Providing mental health Counseling, Diagnostic Assessment and Group services to individuals and families
  • Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate care
  • Maintaining appropriate documentation for services

Qualifications

  • Master's degree and LPC/LPCC, LSW/LISW (or higher) licensure
  • NPI and Medicaid billing number or willingness to get (we'll help!)
  • Training in evidenced based treatment models
