Job Duties for Youth/Adult Therapist (social worker and/or counselor) include:

  • Providing Counseling and Diagnostic Assessment services to youth, families, and adults
  • Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate care
  • Maintaining appropriate documentation for services

Qualifications for Youth/Adult Therapist (social worker and/or counselor) include:

  • Master's degree and either LPC/LPCC, LSW/LISW (or higher) licensure
  • Experience or a desire to learn therapeutic interventions for serving children 5 years of age and up
  • Experience working with SPMI, SMD and AOD populations
  • Experience with diagnostic assessments
  • Training in counseling-scope work with youth, families, and adults (3yrs experience preferred)
  • Have or willing to obtain NPI and Ohio Medicaid numbers (we'll help!)
