Coleman Health Services, is a nationally recognized not-for-profit provider of behavioral health and rehabilitation programs to foster recovery, build independence, and change destinies for individuals, families, and businesses in our community. We are seeking a Director to manage a 24/7 Access/Crisis Center for Belmont, Harrison & Monroe Counties, Ohio.
Responsibilities include assessing persons for a level of care; providing crisis support via face-to-face interactions and phone calls; completing investigative reports; working with Probate Court, hospitals, Adult Protective Services, and other organizations in the community; and leading the Access team. Additionally, the Director provides clinical oversight for daily operations, ensures 24/7 coverage, performs clinical sign-offs, completes required reports, and attends required meetings.
Qualified candidates must have LPC or LSW license and be within one year of obtaining independent license; one year of management experience; and experience with hospitals, other agencies, and the community mental health system. Preferred candidate will have an LPCC or LISW and CAQH account.
Must also have a valid driver's license and have and maintain acceptable driver status per Company policy. Must have NPI and Medicaid Provider Number.
