Coleman Health Services, a nationally recognized not-for-profit provider of behavioral health and rehabilitation programs, is seeking a Director of Crisis Stabilization for Portage County located in Ravenna, Ohio. This position manages our 24/7 Crisis Stabilization Unit program.

Key Duties of the Director of Crisis Stabilization Unit include:

• Providing clinical and administrative supervision to Crisis Stabilization Unit staff
• Providing direct care as needed to clients
• Hiring/recruitment of staff
• Schedule coordination for staff
• Supervising tasks relating to medication monitoring and administration
• Care coordination with outpatient treatment team providers
• On-call consultation regarding medication issues for admitted clients
• Review admissions/discharges to the CSU

Minimum Qualifications of Director of Crisis Stabilization Unit:

• RN, LISW, LPCC licensure
• 3+ years' experience working in mental health and substance abuse

Preferred Qualifications of Director of Crisis Stabilization Unit:

• RN license
• 3+ years of supervision/management experience in mental health, substance use, or crisis care
