We are seeking a dependable LPN to support the 24-hour Crisis Stabilization Unit (CSU) in Allen County, Ohio. Our CSU is a 13-bed inpatient facility for both males and females over the age of 18 years old experiencing mental health issues. Ideal candidates will be passionate about helping others while maintaining a positive work attitude and having exceptional communication skills.

Duties include:

  • Coordinating admissions and discharges to and from the CSU
  • Administer, monitor, and document medication progress
  • Regularly communicate with our prescribers and local emergency rooms
  • Working as a team with our CSU counselor, case manager, crisis technicians and prescribers to provide the best care and treatment options for our clients

Qualifications:

  • State of Ohio LPN licensure
  • Must be eligible for an NPI number and an Ohio Medicaid number
  • Candidates will be expected to complete a drug/alcohol screening within 48 hours of an offer of employment

Preference given to the following candidates:

  • Prior or current experience in mental health nursing
