Director of Administrative Support & Medical Records duties include:

-Provide coordination of office support staff and records department schedules and logistics

-Provide recruit and train new support and records staff

-Coordinate providers schedules

-Provide administrative supervision to admin support and records departments

Minimum Qualification for Director of Administrative Support & Medical Records:

-High school diploma or equivalent

-5 years of experience in administrative support and/or medical records work

-Proficiency in using PC-based computers and programming, including Microsoft Office

Preferred Qualification for Director of Administrative Support & Medical Records:

-3 years of related work in mental health, substance use, and/or healthcare experience

-Degree in Health Information Technology (and/or related certifications, i.e. RHIT)
