HR & Compliance Assistant - FT - Portage County, OH

The Human Resources & Compliance Assistant will support the VP of HR & Compliance and Team, assisting with the administrative needs of HR&C operations.

You will support the entire HR team to achieve departmental and organizational goals, while feeling a sense of accomplishment and independence. We expect you to use sound judgement and bring the desire to be part of an organization that makes a difference.

Qualifications needed to be a successful Compliance & Quality Assurance Officer: 

  • Knowledge and proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook 
  • Ability to learn HRIS system
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to collaborate with confidence to effectively interact with senior management and staff
  • Effective customer service skills and the ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Preference given to those with a two-year college degree or business college certificate and two years' experience in Human Resources or general office setting.
