We are seeking a dependable and energetic LPN to support the Crisis Stabilization Unit (CSU) in Portage County, Ohio. Our CSU is a 11-bed inpatient facility for both males and females over the age of 18 years old experiencing mental health issues.

Duties include:
? Coordinating admissions and discharges to and from the CSU
? Administer, monitor and document medication progress
? Provide health assessments, consults, and crisis intervention as needed
? Coordinate care with internal and external treatment team
Qualifications:
? State of Ohio LPN licensure
? Must be eligible for an NPI number and an Ohio Medicaid number
Preference given to the following candidates:
? Prior or current experience in mental health nursing
? Availability to work a flexible schedule
