Coleman Health Services is seeking a dependable and energetic RN/LPN to support the Crisis Stabilization Unit (CSU) in Portage County, Ohio. Our CSU is a 11-bed inpatient facility for both males and females over the age of 18 years old experiencing mental health issues.

• Starting wage of $27/hr (RN) or $21/hr (LPN)

Duties include:

• Coordinating admissions and discharges to and from the CSU
• Administer, monitor and document medication administration
• Provide health assessments, consultations, and crisis intervention as needed
• Coordinate care with internal and external treatment team

Candidates must have:

• State of Ohio RN/LPN licensure
• Must be eligible for an NPI number and an Ohio Medicaid number

Preference given to the following candidates:

• Prior or current experience in mental health nursing
• Availability to work a flexible schedule
