Coleman Health Services, formerly Coleman Professional Services, was recently awarded a nearly $4 million SAMHSA grant to implement Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinics (CCBHCs) in our service areas of greatest need. We are a nationally recognized not-for-profit provider of behavioral health and rehabilitation programs is seeking an exceptional counselor, social work individual or psychologist to join our recovery-oriented team of professionals to work with individuals seeking behavioral healthcare in Portage County, Ohio.

Qualifications:

·  Master's degree

·  LPCC, LISW, or Psychologist licensure

·  Experience working with SPMI, SMD, and AOD adult population

·  Excellent diagnostic assessment and counseling skills

·  Have or willing to obtain NPI and Ohio Medicaid numbers and a CAQH account
