Coleman Health Services is seeking a counselor or social worker to be the Director of Child & Adolescent Counseling Services teams in Portage County!

Key duties of the Director of Child & Adolescent Counseling duties include:

•Provide clinical and administrative supervision to mental health and substance use counselors serving youth and families

•Participate in community coalitions and mental health system collaborative programs

•Monitor compliance with company policy and procedure

•Participate in budget development and monitoring

Candidates must have:

•Master's degree in Counseling or Social Work


•3 years' experience working in mental health and substance abuse with children, teens, and families

Preferred candidates have:

•3 years of clinical supervision in mental health and/or addiction treatment
