Duties include providing assistance with and teaching daily living skills, monitoring for safety and apartment cleanliness, and treatment coordination with other services. We have full time and part time positions available. Must be willing to work various hours, weekends and rotating holidays. High school diploma required. Valid Ohio driver's license and good driving record and criminal background check a must! BA and experience in the mental health field a plus.
