We are seeking a dependable individual to work with people who have a mental illness and/or substance use disorder. This individual will be working in a residential setting with residents who are housed through our program in Steubenville, Ohio. Responsibilities include assisting residents working on recovery and their ability to maintain stable housing, monitoring behaviors, conflict resolution/mediation, housekeeping, daily living skills, coordination of appointments and community resources, and documentation.
Minimum Qualifications: high school diploma or equivalent; excellent communication skills and ability to work with a diverse group of people; experience working with individuals with mental health and/or physical disabilities; computer skills; and reliable transportation.
Preferred Qualifications: At least one year working in a residential setting and/or experience working at a community mental health center. Must have and maintain a clean driving record.
