Are you a mission, service driven individual?  Are you looking for a way to give back to your local community while earning a great part-time income?  Are you good with hand tools and love a good challenge…then Coleman is the place for you!  Coleman Health Services contracts maintenance services in Marion, Crawford, and Seneca Counties providing daily maintenance to approximately 50 scattered site homes that receive other supportive daily living services.  Unique opportunity for the right individual to provide "apartment maintenance" including but not limited to plumbing, electrical, light HVAC, unit prep and painting just touching on a few of the services we provide.  Our "home base" is in Marion.  Each day you will start from this location.  This part-time position supports our full time technicians in their day to day tasks as well as the completion of work orders as assigned.

This is a part-time position with some great benefits.  Some maintenance experience required, basic computer skills, good communication skills, as well as willingness to travel across counties.  The ideal candidate works well independently and in a team environment.  Flexibility is a must!

Must be able to pass a background check.  Driving your personal vehicle is required, however your compensation package includes paid travel and a gas card.
