We are seeking a full-time registered nurse to work in our Allen County, Ohio location.  No weekends or major holidays and first shift!

Candidate must be detail oriented, able to consult with psychiatrists, triage phone calls, monitor medication, and have excellent assessment skills.  Must be able to work with a team to help promote health and remove barriers to care for psychiatry and physical health.  Must be an Ohio RN, have a NPI number, and an Ohio Medicaid number. Experience with psychiatric nursing, telemedicine, electronic medical records and prescribing practices preferred.
