Director of Case Management (Adults) - FT - Stark County, Ohio

Duties will include providing clinical and programmatic leadership and management for the Case Management service area.  Must have LISW, LPCC, or IMFT in mental health field or be eligible to obtain such licensure within two years of hire.  Must also be able to communicate effectively with consumer, families, multi-disciplinary staff, and community partners.  Must have at least three years' experience in serving the SPMI, SMI, and/or co-occurring disorders populations.  LISW is strongly preferred.  At least three years of experience serving or supervising clinical staff is preferred.  Experience in program administration and leadership is also preferred.  Salary based on experience and credentials.  A valid Ohio driver's license and clean driving record a must.  Must be willing to obtain or already have the following: a NPI number; an Ohio Medicaid number; and a CAQH account.
