Great opportunity due to growth. Individual will be responsible for ensuring peer support coaches are familiar and utilizing the McShin recovery Coach Model. Develop collaborative relationship(s) with community agencies, planning, implementing and monitoring financial statements, ensure staff are provided supervision, and monitor team provision of services. Must have a Bachelor's degree and experience working with individuals involved with criminal justice, mental illness and addictions. Master's degree preferred. Must be willing to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
