Vice President, Housing - FT - Any Coleman Location

Coleman Health Services, a nationally recognized not-for-profit provider of behavioral health, mental health and rehabilitation programs, seeks a full-time Vice President of Housing to oversight to all areas of residential services, supportive and permanent, and subsidized and non-subsidized housing resources, development, operations, and rental management across the Coleman footprint in Ohio. This position may be based out of any Coleman business location.

Duties for Vice President of Housing include but not limited to:

  • Manage Strategic Direction for Coleman Residential and Rental Management
  • Provide individual and group supervision according to company policy
  • Ensure compliance with all funders to include HUD, ODOD, State, County, City, Local, and Foundations
  • Ensures compliance is achieved with OHMAS and Ohio Recovery Housing for identified sites
  • Plans, implements, and monitors financial income and expense statements for the business units
  • Participates in Senior Leadership Team, VP meetings, Management Forum, weekly management meetings and Compliance
  • Meets with community organizations and represents Coleman Health Services at federal, state and local levels
  • Ensures preparation and completion of all on-site inspections and reviews as required by local, state and federal entities, as well as requested documentation for subsidy administration
  • Monthly reviews of rents collected, recommendation of eviction and eviction prevention plans

Minimum Qualifications for Vice President of Residential Services:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Services or a related field
  • 10 years' experience working in residential and rental management
  • Experience with HUD, FHLB, and HUD 811 Funding rules and regulations
  • Must maintain a clean driving record
  • Prefer a Master's Degree and experience in a behavioral health care setting
