Qualified candidates will have LSW or LPC licensure, an NPI number and an Ohio Medicaid number. Must also be able to communicate effectively with consumer, families, multi-disciplinary staff and partner agencies in addition to having at least 3 years experience and training and/or management in serving the SPMI and SMD, AOD and co-occurring disorders populations. A valid Ohio driver's license and clean driving record a must. Prefer someone with additional clinical and administrative supervision experience and LISW or LPCC licensure (must have a CAQH account). Experience in budgeting and/or program evaluation and prior management experience are also preferred. Salary based on experience and credentials.
