Production Administrative Assistant

Coleman Data Solutions, a social enterprise of Coleman Professional Services, is actively recruiting for a Production Administrative Assistant. This is a full-time, day position located in our secure facility in the Akron/Springfield Township area. The pay starts at $18 per hour depending on skills and experience.

Duties of the Production Administrative Assistant include, but not limited to:

  • Process and input weekly payroll information into database by the required due dates
  • Collect and compile data using various programs including Excel, SQL database and the electronic health record
  • Complete and maintain a variety of reports for business unit and stakeholders
  • Provide front desk coverage and perform general office duties
  • Distribute mail, maintain postage machine and mailboxes
  • Dispatch delivery driver
  • Coordinate production assignments
  • Perform production work as needed

Qualifications of a successful Production Administrative Assistant:

  •  High School diploma or equivalent
  • One-year related experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Able to complete required tasks while handling multiple interruptions throughout the day
  • Able to work collaboratively as a team with staff, clients, and external customers
  • Able to maintain confidentiality
  • Able to successfully pass a BCI background check
