Mental Health Tech Team Leader - FT - Portage County, OH

In Coleman Residential, our goal is to strengthen resident recovery and independence as well as to support the growth and well-being of our staff. With us, you will get the opportunity to work with a diverse group of clients, multi-disciplined staff, and in a wide variety of supportive housing environments throughout Portage County. 

Under the supervision of the Residential Director, you will coordinate the daily operations of the supportive housing sites, the care of its residents and the professional growth and success of its staff. This will involve you working at the various sites in Portage County and potentially work on the weekends if needed. We offer flexible scheduling and opportunities for advancement within Coleman Health Services. This position pays up to $17/hour.

Qualified candidates:

-High school diploma or equivalent

-Experience working with people with behavioral health conditions

-Have/maintain excellent driving records

-Three years' experience in mental health or related field or BA/BS in mental health or related field preferred

-Strong organizational and interpersonal skills, working knowledge of computers and willingness to apply skills a plus!
