Our specialized services are designed to keep our residents housed while providing the support needed to regain or even maintain their independence. This position is located in Portage County, Ohio, but does travel to other counties occasionally and must be willing to be on-call at times.

Job Duties of Maintenance (Rental Property Management) Position:

  • Work with a diverse population living in housing either managed or owned by Coleman Health Services
  • Works closely with our Director of Rental Management supporting our locations
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications of Maintenance (Rental Property Management) Position:

  • Experience in property maintenance
  • Maintain an excellent driving record
  • High school diploma or equivalent
