Coleman Professional Services, a nationally recognized not-for-profit provider of behavioral health and rehabilitation programs, is an organization that is committed to fostering recovery, building independence, and changing destinies for individuals, families, and businesses in our community. Due to our proven record of success, we recently earned a nearly $4 million Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic (CCBHC) grant to provide a comprehensive range of mental health and substance use disorder services to vulnerable individuals.
The new position of CCBHC Program Director position will manage adherence to CCBHC criteria in Portage, Stark, Jefferson, Allen, Auglaize, and Hardin Counties and conduct Plan-Do-Study-Act (PDSA) cycle reviews to ensure positive client outcomes. Additionally, the position will require frequent collaboration with internal and external stakeholders, monitor budgets and finances, partner on grants, and track outcomes.
Candidates must have a Master's degree in Social Work or Counseling and active Ohio licensure (i.e., LPCC or LISW) plus an acceptable driving record with a willingness to travel throughout Ohio. Candidates must be able to take initiative, support growth, and exhibit appropriate business decorum. Due to the teamwork required, candidates must be able to work effectively and collaboratively as a team, interacting with clients, external care providers and stakeholders, clinicians, and others.
