We are seeking a Clinical Trainer to provide clinical and other training and education to employees to help sustain Coleman's success and growth.
The position is eligible to be based in any CPS County since the Clinical Trainer travels to conduct training courses. The position primarily supports Coleman's prescriber and nursing employees but will also support training needs for all levels of the organization as well as provide backup for other trainers. An established and competent training team will help this Clinical Trainer learn the role and build a foundation for success.
Candidates must have a minimum of RN, LSW, or LPC license in addition to experience with electronic health records and a behavioral health environment. Experience is required with E&M codes and ICD-10 coding with knowledge in all areas of documentation requirements. Additionally, candidates must understand behavioral health and psychiatry medical terminology. The ability to work both collaboratively and independently and to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, is important for success, as are effective customer service skills and the ability to maintain confidentiality. Considered candidates must pass a driving background check and maintain acceptable driving status per Company policy.
