Duties include providing assistance with and teaching daily living skills, monitoring for safety and apartment cleanliness, and treatment coordination with other services. We are looking to fill the following openings:
•Full-time, 2nd shift position
•Part-time, 24-36 hrs/wk
All positions must be willing to work a flexible schedule to include some weekends and rotating holidays. The part-time and PRN positions must also be willing to work some evening hours. High school diploma and valid Ohio driver's license required. Must have and maintain a good driving record and pass a criminal background check. BA and experience in the mental health field a plus.
