Individuals will be working in a supportive residential setting with residents who are housed through our program. The individual will be working in two of our group living facilities in the Warren area; Crossroads and Washington. Responsibilities include assisting residents working on recovery and their ability to maintain stable housing; monitoring behaviors; conflict resolution/mediation; housekeeping; daily living skills; coordination of appointments and community resources; and documentation.
Hours are Thursday - Sunday, 4:00 pm - 9:00 pm. This position pays $12.00/hour.
Qualified candidates must have a high school diploma and experience working with adults with disabilities, mental health, alcohol and other drugs. Must be available to work some holidays and have/maintain a clean drivng record. BA/BS in a social services field and experience working with persons with disabilities is preferred. Good organizational skills, working knowledge of computers and willingness to apply skills a plus.
