Certified Medical Assistant - FT - Mahoning County, OH

Coleman Health Services is seeking a Medical Assistant for our Youngstown, Ohio offices.

The Medical Assistant supports the organization through collaboration with staff regarding clinical issues, calling in medication refills, and contacting labs and hospitals. The Medical Assistant will also obtain prior authorizations, update the electronic health records, provide initial medical screenings (height, weight, blood pressure, etc.) coordinate services, work with clients and families, and more. 

Candidates must be a Certified Medical Assistant and be able to work collaboratively.  Knowledge of Word and Excel, organizational skills, and experience using electronic records and psychiatric experience is preferred.
