Coleman Health Services is a nationally recognized not-for-profit provider of behavioral health and rehabilitation.  We are seeking a qualified candidate for a full-time position working with employers and individuals in 6 Ohio Appalachian counties: Belmont, Harrison, Jefferson, Mahoning, Monroe and Trumbull. The areas of focus will be on Recovery, Workforce, and Development. This Employment Specialist Coordinator (SUD) can be based out of any of these six counties.

Employment Specialist Coordinator (Substance Use Disorder) job responsibilities will include:

·  Building collaborative relationships with local employers and recovery supports

·  Helping employers with workforce recruitment, development and retention

·  Providing community and treatment linkage to employees and job applicants

Qualified Employment Specialist Coordinator (Substance Use Disorder) candidates will have:

·  Experience working with individuals with substance used disorders

·  Bachelor's degree in related field required, prefer Master's degree

·  Successful track record of building professional relationships

·  Must have and maintain excellent driving record
